Since 1983, we have successfully operated under this philosophy while working with Fortune 500 companies and Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award recipients. Based in Charleston, South Carolina, we consult with companies across the United States, as well as in Asia and Europe.  

Ellen C. Davis, M.A.T., President of E. C. Davis & Associates, launched this firm in 1983 after several years as an internal consultant with Cummins Engine Company. A consultant with over 20 years' experience, Ellen works in Europe, Asia, and Australia, as well as with companies throughout the United States.

Tommy L. Davis, M.Ed., joined the firm as Vice President in 1997 after 20 years as a production manager, internal trainer, and Human Resources Manager for Fortune 500 corporations. Tommy's warm style and personal credibility make him an instant hit among operations and team managers.

Lynn Miller, our Office Manager, has been an integral part of our organization since 1998. She was previously employed as a translator with a major US tire manufacturer. Lynn's attention to detail and good humor combine to make her a favorite among our clients.

E. C. Davis & Associates retains several dedicated professionals who are also individually committed to the success of your organization. Each associate has a Master's Degree (as a minimum) in Behavioral Sciences or Management, as well as hands-on experience in "real world" organizations.

We are also associated with two professionals who operate as licensees of E. C. Davis & Associates in Australia and New Zealand.
