Experienced-based – We have walked these roads before. Ellen Davis was an internal OD consultant engaged in new plant start-ups. Tommy Davis led the training group of a 1000+ person manufacturing site. Since 1983 EC Davis has served start-ups and renewal efforts, first level to executive leadership, and from the US to worldwide.
In-depth - We concentrate on the design and development of workplace culture, work systems design, leadership, and HR systems. We have engaged in over a dozen start-ups and assisted more than twice as many sites to redesign or renew existing operations. We train their leaders and build their work groups. We help align their functional resources.
