Boiler-plate training programs
in leadership, interpersonal, and team skills abound. We don’t do
them because we don’t believe they work. The managers and teams we
train want examples that come from their real-life experiences in
their industry. They want case studies and practice sessions they
can relate to. They want a trainer who understands their world and
its pressures and requirements. The need classes formatted to their
