By bringing senior managers
together to understand their common goals and appreciate one
another's contributions, we are able to help strengthen the
performance and efficiency of entire organizations. Sometimes these
are teams in trouble; sometimes they are newly forming teams.

multi-national. We customize each effort through careful
preparation, including contact with each team member. We further

operating in a team-based environment. However, the process of how
to develop healthy, effective, productive, and profitable
business-focused work teams is debated around the globe. Our
programs have been used internationally in organizations which have

Basic Training for Teams.
We customize this program to address the "Why's," goals, ground
rules, and common pitfalls of a team-based organization. Team
members understand the new purpose of meetings, learn techniques of
problem-solving and decision-making, and discuss performance
management. They leave with critical basic skills to launch their
team and with the energy and motivation to "stick with it" over the
team's inevitable ups and downs.

Team Revitalization & Renewal. This
program revitalizes and recharges the team in the midst of ongoing
change. Old skills are reinforced and new skills are added. Current
team problems are surfaced, discussed, and resolved in this
facilitated, dynamic program. Participants leave refreshed and
enthused — ready to press forward to higher levels of performance.
Success Insights Profile (DISC)
We often use the Success Insights Profile (DISC) during team building workshops. This instrument provides an excellent understanding of personal behavior style through the participant’s response to only 24 items. It has a strong validation history and we routinely use it in multi-culture settings. In fact, it can be made available in 26 different languages, at an extra charge, if required. By having workshop participants complete this profile prior to the workshop, we are better able to prepare to meet their needs as learners, and we can immediately engage them in appropriate exercises for heightened self-awareness.
The feedback report is comprehensive and includes behavior description, potential behavior pitfalls, and suggestions for behavior enhancement. There is also a clear graphic portrayal of behavior. Technical professionals are among workshop participants we see who find this instrument most useful.
